You can also search for any of your users, phone numbers, hunt groups or call routes by name to make quick changes.
Searches can be narrowed down into specific categories too, including:
- Audio files
- Call routes

- Hunt groups
- Phone numbers
- Time diaries
- Users
Search Bar Superuser Commands
For the truly proficient Yay.com power user, superuser commands are in the pipeline for an update coming soon. Most Yay.com commands currently reserved for those already familiar with our API will be triggerable from the search bar with intuitive in-line commands.
For example, “/create user ” will create a new user called . With this feature, you’ll be able to perform other actions, too, like creating a new queue group from the queue notices page. For those wishing to make many quick changes to their account, the introduction of these commands should be incredibly exciting.
Additional Updates
What’s more, it’s now possible to duplicate your time diaries to quickly create variations with minor differences. If you have a few departments operating mostly in the same ways,
Local search is now available directly from your tables. No more rifling through pages of audio files to find the one you need. Just search for your file by name from the local search bar of the Audio Files page, or from the global search bar at the top of the dashboard.
Other handy time-saving features like drag-and-drop are available to make importing your users or alternate caller IDs even easier and faster.
