For this article, the left and right screenshots will be iOS and Android, respectively.
From the dial pad screen on your app, click on the more button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Select the settings tab.
Select Reset App on Android or Log Out or Reset App on Android.
Select Log Out on iOS or confirm Reset on Android
Please note that you will have to repeat steps three and four on iOS if you have multiple extensions logged in on your device.
Alternatively, you can also click on “Deactivate” next to your user in your Yay account.
