How do I add contacts to my Yay.com mobile app?

There are many ways to add contacts to your yay.com phone app.

 

The first way is to go into your yay.com app and head to the contacts page, through the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen. This is demonstrated in the screenshots below. 

 

 

         

 

Alternatively, you can add contacts by adding entire phonebooks or creating a new phonebook. These can be added through your yay.com dashboard. For more information on this, see this FAQ page.

 

Phonebooks can also be added through your integrations, for example, Capsule, PipeDrive, and Zoho. These phonebooks can be activated within the settings of the yay.com app, in the contacts settings. The screenshots below demonstrate how to access this area. 

 

 

Please note: Phonebooks are only available on the flying high and enterprise plans. Head over to this page, if you want to upgrade to include phonebooks in your account!
