Changing your mailbox password is really simple! There's three different ways you can do this, which are outlined below.
You will need to head to Config > Mailboxes > Edit Mailbox
Once you are in a mailbox, you can change your mailbox password. Having done this, ensure you click ‘save changes’ and your password will be changed.
Every user can access their mailbox through your account's mailbox access number. This number can be found through your dashboard, as shown in the image below.
Once you have called the account's personal mailbox access number, you will be given some options regarding your mailbox. Selecting number 3 will allow you to change your mailbox password. Follow the instructions on the call to change your password successfully.
Each user also has a personal mailbox extension, which is an alternative way to reach your mailbox. The image below highlights how this number could be obtained through your dashboard.
