You can set which call routes are used throughout certain times of the day and shape it to your business hours. This is known as a Time Diary! You can find more information in the FAQ below:
1. The Call RoutesTo start creating some Time Specific Routing, you'll need to create a call route beforehand! Simply navigate to My Dashboard > Voice > Inbound Settings > Routing > Add Call Route and create the routes!
In this case, the route specified in the picture is the Out of Hours, sending the Caller straight to Voicemail:
Be sure to click Assign Later when saving!
2. The Time Diary
The next step would be to go to our Time Diaries section, and then "Add a Time Diary".
Step 1 - Choose the days from the list to set the Working Hours
Step 2 - Set the hours you want to receive calls, and then choose which Call Route you want active
Step 3 - The copy to all feature will automatically set the hours and Call Route for the days selected
Step 4 - Set Out Of Hours - simply choose the Call Route you want to be active outside of your working hours
Step 5 - The last step is to assign the Time Diary to your number!
