Above and beyond simply enhancing the existing features from the Starting Out plan, our Flying High package also gifts the power to make and receive video calls and, as far as call handling goes, you’ll now have access to IVR call menus, call screening and blocking and the ability to dial-by-extension.

On the call management side, we also bring powerful call monitoring features, including listening, barging and whispering calls, plus voicemail transcriptions and conference bridges.

These features make collaboration between teams easier, business-customer interaction tracking simpler and staff training cheaper.

CRM click-to-dial is available on the Flying High package, reducing wasted time as any phone number on-screen can be dialled in a single click.
