How it Works

With our VoIP reseller program, you get your first month free. This should give you plenty of time to get your first influx of customers moved in and comfortable with the service.

From then on, it will cost you £49.99 per month to resell domains or VoIP services (or both!) through Yay.com. For this price, you’ll get access to all reseller account VoIP and domain features, as well as wholesale rates for our phone numbers, call rates and domain names.

What’s more, as you grow, you’ll become eligible for further reductions on your call rates and domain names.

As a VoIP reseller selling through Yay.com, you’ll have a number of different plans to offer your customers. You essentially ‘rent’ these users from us and sell them on to your customers at a profit. For example, The typical price for a PAYG SIP User is £2.99 per user per month. But you will pay only £0.99 per user per month for each PAYG user, meaning you stand to make £2.00 profit per user per month on each PAYG user being used by one of your customers.

Set Your Own Pricing

Though £2.99 might be the suggested price for a PAYG user, you can charge however much you want. You’re not bound to doing things the way we think is best. If you think £2.99 is too high or too low, or want to granularly set special pricing for your VIP customers, you have this control. Plus, when it comes to phone numbers and domains, you can set your rates with the highest level of granularity. Set a different rate for every phone number prefix or domain extension as you see fit.

SIP User Plans for VoIP Resellers

Our SIP User options for resellers are slightly different from the plans we offer our own customers, so here’s a brief rundown:

PAYG

Our Pay-As-You-Go offering is perfect for those customers using your VoIP service on more of an ad-hoc, casual basis. If they won’t be making a ton of outbound calls and projected overall call volumes are likely to remain low, then a PAYG SIP user will suit them well.

Unlimited UK

We lease Unlimited UK SIP Users to you for £9.99/user/mth. Our recommended pricing for these users is £14.99, giving you £5.00/user/mth in profit. These SIP users can make and receive an unlimited number of calls to any UK landline or mobile phone.

Unlimited UK and EU

You’ll be able to lease out Unlimited UK and EU SIP Users, usually priced at £24.99/user/mth, for just £14.99/user/mth. These SIP users can make and receive an unlimited number of calls to any UK or EU landline or mobile phone number.

Profit Margins by Plan

As you can see, profit margins increase greatly with the size of your customer base, especially since customers with a greater number of users are more likely to have greater requirements in terms of total number of calls and number of international calls.

As a reseller, you’re also granted a number of special freedoms. For example, you can mix and match user types within a single customer account; something that we at Yay.com can’t even offer for our direct customers.

This affords you excellent flexibility, maximising the probability that you’ll be able to offer that perfect configuration to keep your customers happy and make them a long-time customer of your new VoIP reseller platform.

Phone Numbers

Of course, at Yay.com we sell phone numbers. Your customers are just as likely to need new phone numbers as our direct customers are, so we take care of this part of the puzzle for you as well.

A standard phone number might set a customer of ours back £1.99/mth. You, as a reseller customer, can rent the same number to lease out to their own customers for just £0.49/mth and do so at a profit margin agreeable to you.

Domains

As a Yay.com reseller, you don’t just have to resell VoIP. We sell domains ourselves, so we thought we’d pass this capability onto our reseller customers as well.

If you’d like to be a domain reseller and a VoIP reseller together, or if you’d prefer to resell only domains or only VoIP services, you’re free to do whichever suits you best.

Your Responsibilities

Of course, as someone offering a service, you do take on certain responsibilities to your customers. You must offer all of your own customer support; we won’t have any contact with your customers. Fortunately for you, the Yay.com platform is extremely easy to get to grips with. If you’re technically minded, it’ll be even easier.

Also, you are responsible for running and managing all other aspects of your business, including your website. We do, however, offer a quick and easy site-builder for you to build the digital storefront you’ve always dreamed of and customise it as extensively as you like, without the need for any knowledge of HTML or CSS.
